AAC BLOCK MAKING MACHINERY PARTS

Moulds: Moulds are the backbone of the production process. AAC moulds and spares are crafted with precise size and durability which is made up of superior quality which makes it versatile for your business needs. Our Mould’s size ranges from 4-6 cubic meters of slurry capacity. We supply Lightweight or modular molds improve operational efficiency.
Bogey: Our bogeys are designed with efficient, précised and with utmost safety in transporting molds through AAC bogey and spares manufacturing units. We supply both single and Double Bogey for handling simple and larger production plant units. We also design Bogey according to the supplier load capacities and industrial needs.
Cooking Frame: Designed with high-strength materials, our AAC plant cooking frames withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, as we use high-strength carbon steel or alloy steel for durability for ensuring reliable performance and easy maintenance.

Autoclave: We supply heavy-duty autoclaves designed for high-pressure steam curing, ensuring the durability and strength of AAC block plant spares. Designed to endure pressure of up to 12-16 bars and withstand temperature around 180-200 degrees.
